Assignors Named for World Lacrosse Festivals

US Lacrosse today named Dave Malmquist (Colorado Springs, Colo.) and Bob Duggan (San Diego, Calif.) as its 2014 World Festivals assignors for the youth through high school divisions and the post-collegiate divisions, respectively. The 2014 World Festivals are hosted by US Lacrosse and held in conjunction with the 2014 Federation of International Lacrosse World Championships in Denver, Colo., July 10-19.

Malmquist’s responsibilities include assigning up to 100 officials per day to cover games for the U11, U13, U15 and U17 divisions with a maximum of 32 teams per division.

Duggan’s responsibilities include assigning up to 100 officials to referee games for the Elite/Open, 30-and-over, 35-and-over, 40-and-over, 45-and-over, 50-and-over, 55-and-over, and 60-and-over divisions.

Applications to officiate at the 2014 World Festivals are being accepted through Dec. 1, 2013 and are available at: worldlacrosse2014.com/festivals/officials.
