Coach Background Checks
Please read the following carefully. Background checks are required for ALL coaches.
If you are a coach certified through Level 1 of the US Lacrosse Coaching Education Program (CEP), then you already had the background check completed and US Lacrosse has this on file (there is no need to complete another one).
US Lacrosse does not accept a background check completed through your current employer. All background checks MUST go through NCSI (prompt to do so as a US Lacrosse member).
The process will take at least ten (10) business days to complete and the cost is $22.50 per person. Additional fees may apply if you live in California, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Nevada, New York, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Vermont.
Background check results must be received by US Lacrosse no later than May 1, 2014, so please plan accordingly.
